Venue Information

Dances and classes will be held in two venues.  The Friday and Saturday night dances will be held at the German Club, while the Saturday and Sunday Workshops will be held at Studio One. The venues are less than 4 miles apart.  Studio One has two large studios and only ONE pole.

Parking

Both venues have free parking lots.

Dance Floor

Studio One has two studios spaces, one is a refinished mill floor, the other is a engineered board.  Both studio floors are relatively fast, so we suggest sneakers or chromed shoes, though you might want to bring a few pairs to test which feel best in the studio.

The German Club has an oak hardwood floor, which is significantly slower than the studio floor. Hard soles or chromed shoes should work best, but again, we recommend bringing a variety of choices.

Food and Drink Available

The German Club will have drinks available for purchase inside of the club. Please bring your ID if you intend to order alcoholic beverages. Providence Swings will provide light snacks during the dances and the workshops.
